Pilipinas Asian Pearl Airways (Manila Ninoy Aquino International) is looking to start charter flights throughout the Philippines as well as abroad.
A Filipino government disclosure indicates the start-up applied for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to operate both domestic and international non-scheduled flights.
It has already been granted official parliamentary approval for registration and operations.
