AeroTransCargo FZE, the leasing arm of Aerotranscargo (F5, Chisinau International), has signed a memorandum of understanding with Indonesia’s GMF AeroAsia and UAE-based AIR ONE Technics to launch maintenance cooperation for the cargo carrier’s B747-400F fleet across 2026 and 2027. AeroTransCargo FZE, Aerotranscargo, and newly-established AIR ONE Technics are all subsidiaries of UK-based cargo charter broker AIR ONE International Holdings. AeroTransCargo FZE additionally serves as the asset manager for other carriers under the multi-AOC AIR ONE umbrella, including One Air and ROMCargo. The agreement will cover Aerotranscargo's two B747-400(BCF)s, three B747-400(BDSF)s, and one B747-400FSCD; One Air's single B747-400ERF; and a ROMCargo B747-400(BCF).
