Microflite Aviation, a Melbourne Moorabbin-based rotary- and fixed-wing charter, emergency, training, and maintenance specialist, has acquired regional passenger, charter, and scenic operator Airlines of Tasmania, also known as Par Avion, alongside Hobart Cambridge airport. The transactions were completed in late 2025 and late 2024, respectively, but have only now been made public.
