airBaltic (BT, Riga) has finalized and firmed its order with Bombardier Aerospace (BBA, Montréal Trudeau) for 10 CSeries CS300 regional jets that are expected to be delivered from the end of 2015. It has also secured options for additional 10 aircraft of the same type as already previously agreed in a Letter of Intent signed at the Farnborough air show earlier this year in July. The CS300s are expected to replace some of the nine B737-300s and six B737-500s Air Baltic currently operates.
