Pinnacle Airlines (Memphis International) CEO John Spanjers has annnounced that the regional carrier currently operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection would move its headquarters from Memphis International to Minneapolis St. Paul International by May. Pinnacle is expected to emerge from Chapter 11 as a fully owned subsidiary of its partner Delta Air Lines (DL, Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson) later this year.
