Aigle Azur (Paris Orly) is planning to launch a daily service from Paris Orly to Beijing Capital, its first long-haul route, on June 26. It will operate the flights in cooperation with sister carrier Hainan Airlines (HU, Haikou) and use two A330-200s that will be leased from Hainan parent HNA Group which also owns 48% in Aigle Azur. The French carrier also plans to use its A330s for some of its flights from Orly to Algiers and Porto.
