Sun-Air (EZ, Billund) is reportedly considering launching a London City to Hamburg Helmut Schmidt route, the airline's commercial director, Kristian Tvergaard, has told Danish aviation magazine, CHECK-IN.dk. According to Mr Tvergaard, the airline is still studying the route's potential and has not yet taken a firm decision as yet. As a British Airways (BA, London Heathrow) franchisee, the Danish airline has successfully operated a London City to Billund route over the past several years using its fleet of three Do328-100s and ten Do328-300s. Air Berlin (1991) (Berlin Tegel) has also been studying the possibility of operating modified A319-100s to London City.
