YTO Cargo Airlines (YG, Hangzhou) is a planned new cargo carrier that is currently in the preliminary stages of being established. According to WCARN, the Shanghai YTO Express (Logistics) Co., Ltd. has submitted an application to the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) to establish the cargo carrier with operations likely to begin before the end of 2014. Su Xiufeng, the start-up's general manager, says that YTO Express already has four aircraft which will increase to six in 2014. Pending government approval, the company will initially operate three Boeing 737 aircraft.
