Ventura AirConnect (Ahmedabad) resumed services under its new ownership on Saturday, December 13 with flights between Surat and Bhavnagar. Using a fleet of two Cessna (single turboprop) Grand Caravan 208Bs, the carrier plans to roll out flights to other destinations in Gujarat province including Bhuj, Rajkot, and Ahmedabad in the following weeks. Once a third turboprop arrives, Ventura will offer flights from Surat to Indore in Madhya Pradesh.

As previously reported, Ventura AirConnect was acquired by Diamond Aeronautics, a consortium of four Surat-based diamond traders, earlier this year with the aim of developing the carrier into a taxi service covering Gujarat as a whole.
