Sky Aviation (Indonesia) (Jakarta Halim) will be acquired by Makassar based Bosowa Group according to a report by the Jakarta Post. The regional carrier has suspended operations in March 2014 due to financial difficulties having operated a fleet that included three SSJ 100/95s and five Fokker 50 turboprops.

Bosowa has told the newspaper that is still "in the process of acquiring a 100% stake" in Sky Aviation and that it plans to change its business model and brand before resuming operations.
