Sky Bishkek (Bishkek) has been taken to court by the Kyrgyz subsidiary of Russian petroleum conglomerate, Gazprom Neft-Aero Kyrgyzstan, over KGS8.3 million (USD136,000) in unpaid debts.

Central Asian Aero News says that on February 12, the carrier lodged an urgent appeal against a regional court ruling ordering its property to be seized. A similar appeal to a lower district court was thrown out last week.

Gazprom Neft-Aero Kyrgyzstan specializes in the prdocution, importation, storage, and distribution of aviation fuel as well as associated fluids and lubricants.
