Texas Air Shuttle (Houston Conroe North Regional) has applied to the US Department of Transportation (DOT) for Commuter Air Carrier Authority. Authorization in hand, the all-you-can-fly start-up intends to offer scheduled daily return flights connecting Houston Conroe North Regional, Fort Worth Meacham, and San Antonio's Stinson Municipal Airport using a pair of Beech (twin turboprop) King Air 200s.

Texas Air Shuttle LLC was formed in February of last year following the acquisition of Galaxy Air Services FBO, LLC., a Fixed-base Operator (FBO) located at Lone Star Executive Airport in Conroe, Texas.

Earlier this year, the airline indicated plans to eventually expand its operations into other cities in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
