Transaero Airlines (Moscow Vnukovo) has ended Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) operations following the return of its two A321-200 (sl)s to their lessor - China's ICBC Leasing - this past weekend. Skyliner Aviation reports EI-VKO (cn 6678) and EI-LED (cn 6726) are now in storage at Teruel.

Averaging three months of age, the aircraft were part of an order for six the ailing Russian carrier signed with ICBC in December of last year.

As it currently stands, Transaero's fleet now constitutes two B737-300s, four B737-400s, ten B737-500s, twelve B737-800s, nine B747-400s, two B767-200(ER)s, eight B767-300(ER)s, six B777-200(ER)s, four B777-300s, and three Tu-204s.

Transaero's last B737-700 has also been returned to the lessor already.
