LAW - Latin American Wings (Santiago de Chile) is a Chilean start-up looking to commence operations on Wednesday, January 27 with scheduled passenger flights between Santiago de Chile and Punta Cana via Asuncion. Other proposed destinations set to roll out this year include Montevideo Carrasco, Santa Cruz Viru Viru, and Porto Alegre International.

Owned by a consortium of businessmen involved in the Chilean insurance, construction and aviation industries, the start-up is run by Andrés Dulcinelli.

Initial operations are on-board a B737-300 originally intended for Chilejet (Santiago de Chile) - CC-ADZ (msn 24634) - another start-up which has yet to commence operations. A second aircraft - a B737-400 - is also in the pipeline.
