SAS Scandinavian Airlines (SK, Copenhagen Kastrup) has announced plans to sell its subsidiary Spanair (JK/Palma de Mallorca), its ground handling services unit as well as its minority stakes in Air Greenland (GL/Nuuk) and bmi british midland (BD/Nottingham). It has also announced new routes for the upcoming winter timetable period: Gothenburg Landvetter-Barcelona: 2x weekly MD-82 service starting on November 2 Gothenburg Landvetter-Malaga: 2x weekly B737-800 service starting on October 9 Stockholm Arlanda-Barcelona: 2x weekly B737-800 service starting on October 25 It has not launched its Stockholm Arlanda-Lyon route that it had previously announced.
