Envoy Air (MQ, Dallas/Fort Worth) president and CEO Pedro Fábregas has announced to its employees earlier this week that the transfer of Envoy's CRJ700 fleet to sister carrier PSA Airlines (OH, Dayton James M. Cox) has been deferred by American Airlines (AA, Dallas/Fort Worth) for now. According to Fábregas, Envoy will continue to operate 35 CRJ-700s until the end of 2016.
Envoy Air is however still planning to become an all-Embraer operator. Its current Embraer fleet includes 26 E140s, 89 E145s and 6 E175s.
