SkyBus (Kazakhstan) (Almaty International) will enter the Georgian domestic services market later this week Central Asian Aero News has reported.

Quoting local press outlets, CAAN says SkyBus will operate 3x weekly Batumi-Tbilisi return flights between June 24 and September 27 inclusive. Service is on-board the Kazakh operator's only aircraft, a CRJ100. It is uncertain if the carrier has been granted 9th Freedom cabotage rights or if it is a charter contract for an unspecified Georgian firm.

SkyBus has been operating regular charters between various Kazakh cities and Batumi since earlier this month.
