S7 Airlines (S7, Novosibirsk) is set to lease an additional sixteen A320neo following board approvals for the contracts.
According to the minutes of an S7 Holdings board meeting this week, S7 will lease ten A320neo from AerCap and six from Wilmington Trust SP Services (Dublin). No further details concerning proposed delivery timeframes or engine options were disclosed.
S7 Airlines is tentatively scheduled to take delivery of two A320neo on lease from Air Lease Corporation in spring 2017. A further three A321neo are also included in the Letter of Intent (LOI) which was signed in April this year.
