Fly Corporate (Canberra) has announced it will begin services from Inverell in northern New South Wales, connecting to Brisbane International via Moree from September 13 this year. There are currently no scheduled services from Inverell. The airline also announced that it will begin offering a direct Sydney Kingsford Smith to Narrabri service, starting the same day.

Fly Corporate's CEO, Andrew Major, said that the airline had been in talks with the Inverell Shire Council for almost a year. "We have been very impressed with the strong business case that the IASWG [Inverell Airservice Working Group] and the Council have presented to us to establish the service," Major said. "This representation and support, along with our own research gives us the confidence that there is a need and a market for scheduled flights from Inverell to Brisbane." Inverell is the airline's ninth destination.

Regarding the new Narrabri service, Major said it was possible as the airline recently secured suitable slots at Sydney. Fly Corporate already connects Narrabri with Brisbane.

Fly Corporate is a regional airline, servicing the Australian east coast and its inland communities with a fleet of three Saab 340B and two Fairchild Metro 23 aircraft.
