Nordwind Airlines (N4, Moscow Sheremetyevo) has taken delivery of its maiden A330-200 with VP-BYU (msn 1213) arriving at Moscow Sheremetyevo from Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen on Friday, July 7.

The aircraft is one of two ex-Turkish Airlines (TK, Istanbul Airport) machines the Russian leisure specialist is leasing from AerCap. Sistership msn 1221 is still in Turkey awaiting onward transmission to Russia.

Nordwind Airlines also operates a fleet of nine A321-200s, seven B737-800s, one B767-300(ER), and four B777-200(ER)s. It operates scheduled passenger flights throughout Russia with scheduled charters offered to destinations in Central America, the Caribbean, North Africa, the Middle East, the Mediterranean, Western Europe, Mauritius, India and Sri Lanka, China, and Southeast Asia.
