Finnair (AY, Helsinki Vantaa) has announced that the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved its bid to acquire a total 60% stake in NoRRA Nordic Regional Airlines (N7, Helsinki Vantaa) currently held by StaffPoint Holding Oy (45%) and Kilco Oy (15%).
The transaction is expected to close later this month following which NoRRA will transfer to Finnair’s full ownership on an interim basis.
As previously reported, Finnair aims to find a new majority shareholder for NoRRA.
