Flybondi (Córdoba Int'l) has taken delivery of its maiden aircraft, B737-800 LV-HKS (msn 33821). According to Skyliner Aviation, the twinjet was positioned to Buenos Aires Ezeiza from Singapore Seletar via Hanoi, Osaka Itami, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Anchorage Ted Stevens, Los Angeles Int'l, and Liberia.

The ultra-low-cost-carrier is expected to complete and secure its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) from the Argentine civil aviation authority (Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil - ANAC) ahead of a tentative December launch date.

In September, Flybondi Chief Executive Officer Julian Cook said initial flights from Córdoba Int'l would cover Mendoza first followed by Iguazu.
