Nordica (ND, Tallinn Lennart Meri) will base a CRJ700 out of Groningen, in the Netherlands, effective March 26, 2018. The Estonian virtual carrier will use the based capacity to supplement an existing 12x weekly service to Copenhagen Kastrup with the launch of new routes to each of Munich (7x weekly) and Brussels National (6x weekly).

All flights will be operated by Regional Jet (Tallinn Lennart Meri) under LOT Polish Airlines' "LO" flight code. The Polish flag carrier holds a 49% stake in Regional Jet. Consequently, the services will be covered by interline agreements LOT has with its Star Alliance partners, Lufthansa and/or Brussels Airlines, allowing for connecting flights via their respective hubs. The existing service to Copenhagen is covered by an interline agreement with SAS Scandinavian Airlines.

The new routes will offset the lost capacity at Groningen after Wizz Air announced it will terminate its twice weekly service to Gdansk.
