Flybondi (FO, Córdoba International) has secured its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) the Argentine civil aviation authority (Administracion Nacional de Aviacion Civil - ANAC) announced on January 10.

Its certification complete, the nascent low-cost carrier has begun selling tickets ahead of its planned commercial debut on January 26 with flights from Córdoba International to each of Iguazu (2x weekly), San Carlos de Bariloche (2x weekly, starts January 27), and Mendoza International (5x weekly, starts January 29). Thereafter, flights from Mendoza to Bariloche and Iguazu will start on January 30 and February 1 respectvely.

Despite a judicial order barring the use of the airfield until noise abatement studies have been completed, Flybondi has outlined provisional Buenos Aires El Palomar operations which, according to its booking engine, will start with Neuquén (February 26, 1x daily), Bariloche (February 26, 1x daily), Tucumán (February 28, 1x daily), Corrientes (March 5, 1x daily), Mendoza (March 5, 1x daily), Jujuy (March 13, 5x weekly), Posadas (April 30, 1x daily), Bahia Blanca (May 3, 4x weekly), Salta (May 7, 1x daily), and Santiago del Estero (May 10, 4x weekly).

Flybondi currently has two B737-800s on its AOC.
