IranAir (IR, Tehran Mehrabad) is set to resume commercial passenger flights to Kalaleh marking the northeastern Iranian city's first such services in four years.
According to the official IRNA news agency, service to Tehran Mehrabad will start on Thursday, January 18, and will operate on-board ATR72-600 equipment.
The airfield has suffered repeated closures over the year primarily due to low passenger loads.
