Jambojet (JM, Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta) has confirmed it will make its international debut on February 15 with the launch of 2x daily return flights from Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta to Entebbe, Uganda. Operations are on-board Dash 8-400 equipment.

According to the ch-aviation routes module, the Kenya Airways budget carrier will compete on the route with other Kenyan budget operators including Fly SAX and Fly540 as well as African Express Airways, Kenya Airways, and RwandAir.

Until now, Jambojet has specialized in domestic Kenyan operations focussing on its Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta hub.
