Mokulele Airlines (MHO, Kona) has established a new passenger charter brand, Lanai Air (Lanai City), under which its previously announced PC-12 operations are being conducted.

The Pilatus Aircraft are used to run flexible daily charter flights between Honolulu and Lanai City, Maui, where passengers are then transferred to the Four Seasons Resort in Lanai.

The service is operated in conjunction with Four Seasons Resorts and is intended to allow clients to enjoy stress-free travel by by-passing lengthy airport and TSA queues.

According to the ch-aviation schedules module, Hawaiian Airlines, through its 'Ohana by Hawaiian unit operated by Empire Airlines, is the only large-scale operator of the Honolulu-Lanai City route offering a 4x daily return service using ATR42-500 equipment.
