Loganair (LM, Glasgow International) is set to resume Northern Ireland services on October 28, 2018, when it will launch a 5x weekly Londonderry City of Derry-Glasgow International route, currently operated by Ryanair (FR, Dublin International).

The Scottish regional carrier will operate the route with Saab 2000 and Saab 340B equipment.

While Loganair flies to each of Dublin International and Donegal in the Republic of Ireland, it does not presently serve Northern Ireland.

Ryanair will discontinue its Glasgow-Londonderry service on October 27, 2018, as the Irish LCC is closing its Glasgow base. It will, however, continue to fly to Londonderry out of Liverpool.

Londonderry is also served by bmi regional which operates 13x weekly service to London Stansted.
