Air Incheon (KJ, Seoul Incheon) has taken delivery of the first widebody freighter following the delivery of B767-300(ER/BDSF) HL8319 (msn 25202) on Monday, April 10. Sourced from ATSG West Leasing Limited, the 26-year-old freighter will be joined by a second of the type later in August this year.

Once all regulatory inspections have been completed, the South Korean freight specialist expects to deploy the B767 into service on April 16 on its Seoul Incheon-Hanoi Noi Bai International, Vietnam route which it will operate for Samsung SDS customers through its Cello logistics platform.

Air Incheon currently operates two B737-400(F)s with a third currently undergoing conversion with PEMCO. It connects Incheon with each of Jinan, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, and Qingdao Jiaodong on a scheduled basis.
