Following the delivery of its maiden Airbus A320neo on April 10, British Airways (BA, London Heathrow) plans to deploy the type out of London Heathrow to each of Lisbon, Warsaw Chopin, and Budapest during the Summer 2018 season, Routes Online has reported.

The aircraft, G-TTNA (msn 8108), entered revenue service on behalf of the British flag carrier on April 15, 2018, on flight BA502 to Lisbon.

According to the ch-aviation schedules module, the carrier plans to deploy the type 7x weekly to Budapest from May 1, 7x weekly to Lisbon from April 15 increasing to 14x weekly from May 1, and 7x weekly to Warsaw Chopin from April 15.

British Airways has a total of twenty-five A320neos and ten A321neos on order with Airbus. Iberia has a further sixteen and four aircraft of each of the types on order, while another group member, Vueling Airlines expects to take delivery of forty-seven A320neos.
