Small Planet Group has secured a Winter 2018/19 charter contract with German tour operator FTI to run flights between Germany and Gambia, in West Africa.
According to airliners.de, effective November of this year, the passenger charter specialist's Small Planet Airlines Germany (Berlin Schönefeld) will offer weekly flights to Banjul from each of Frankfurt International, Cologne/Bonn, Leipzig/Halle, and Munich. Given the length of the sectors, around 4,750 kilometres, a technical stop in Agadir, Morocco, will be incorporated.
According to the ch-aviation schedules module, there are currently no scheduled or chartered flights between Germany and Gambia.
