Atlant-Soyuz Airlines (Moscow Vnukovo) has closed its second base in Krasnoyarsk again as part of a restructuring plan put in place by the Moscow city government that hopes to improve the financial performance of Atlant-Soyuz ahead of its proposed integration into Rosavia (Moscow Vnukovo). It has grounded three of its five Tu-154Ms as a result but is planning to lease three additional ex-Ryanair (FR/Dublin) B737-800s.
