Armavia (Yerevan) has added two ex-Georgian Airways (A9/Tbilisi) and Lufthansa CityLine (CL/Cologne/Bonn) CRJ-200s for regional services. It has also launched new routes: Yerevan-Astrakhan: weekly CRJ-200 service has started on July 14 Yerevan-Batumi: weekly seasonal CRJ-200 service Yerevan-Kharkov: weekly A319-100 service has started on July 27 Yerevan-Rome Fiumicino: 2x weekly A319-100/CRJ-200 service has started on July 15 Armavia is also planning to add two Dash 8-300s to add more regional services and to resume air services to Stepanakert in the semi-autonomous republic of Nagorno Karakabh. It has signed a codeshare agreement with KMV - Kavkazskie Mineralnye Vody (KV/Mineralnye Vody) and Polet (YQ/Voronezh) for the Yerevan-Mineralnye Vody services operated by KMV and the Yerevan-Voronezh route served by Polet.
