easyJet (London Luton) has commenced A321neo operations on July 16, 2018 according to ch-aviation analysis of FlightRadar24 ADS-B data. Routesonline has confirmed the aircraft will be based out of London Gatwick and used predominantly on leisure routes.

According to the initial schedule filed by the British LCC, it will deploy its maiden A321neo to each of Agadir, Alicante, Athens, Faro, Fuerteventura, Kefallinia, Lisbon, Malaga, and Zakinthos. Subsequently, the aircraft will also operate flights to Vienna from September 3, and to each of Malta International, Tenerife Sur, and Gran Canaria from early October.

The schedule is so far provisional and likely to change, particularly for the September and October services.

easyJet took delivery of its maiden A321neo in mid-July during the 2018 Farnborough Air Show. The LCC has a further twenty-nine units of the type on order with Airbus.

According to the ch-aviation fleets module, easyJet currently operates a single A321-200 wet-leased from Titan Airways. The aircraft is deployed exclusively on the Berlin Tegel-Munich route. Other than this single A321, easyJet currently operates smaller Airbus narrowbodies, namely 122 A319-100s, 155 A320-200s, and nine A320neo. Besides the A321neo, it has a further three A320s and ninety-one A320neo on order with the manufacturer.
