TransNusa (8B, Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta) has announced plans to transition to an all-ATR - Avions de Transport Régional (ATR) fleet. The Indonesian regional specialist said in a statement it would add three more ATR72-600s, leased from an unspecified third party, to its current fleet of four.

Along with its sole ATR42-500, the incoming ATRs will collectively replace TransNusa's fleet of two BAe146s and one Fokker 70. Its last Fokker 50, PK-TNS (msn 20307), is currently undergoing refurbishment in Indonesia and is expected to be delivered to the Philippines later this month.

According to the ch-aviation schedules module, TransNusa serves 14 towns and cities across East and West Tenggara as well as into Sulawesi Province.
