TUI Airways (BY, London Luton) is set to launch winter charter flights to Kochi International in India, Langkawi in Malaysia, and Utapao in Thailand. For each of the three Asian airports, the services will become their maiden intercontinental connections.

The UK leisure specialist will launch services to Kochi out of each of Birmingham, GB, London Gatwick, and Manchester International on December 12 or 13, 2018. It only plans to operate two roundtrips from each of the British cities with the second rotation planned for April 8-9, 2019.

TUI Airways plans to serve Langkawi, a resort island on the Andaman coast of Malaysia, every other week out of each of the same three British cities. The routes are set to debut on December 19-20, 2018, and will operate through the end of March.

In terms of Utapao services, flights from each of the UK cities will launch on December 26-27, 2018. They will also operate every other week through the end of March.

All flights will be onboard B787-8s, of which TUI Airways currently operates eight units.
