AirAsia Group has incorporated a new subsidiary in India, AirAsia Technology Centre India Private Ltd. The group said in a stock market filing that the new unit would provide consultancy and services in the area of IT.
The authorised share capital of the new subsidiary is INR10 million rupees (USD140,000). The Asian LCC group already runs one of its airlines, AirAsia India (Bengaluru International), in India. It has also recently incorporated a new consultancy subsidiary in Thailand.
