CSA Czech Airlines (OK, Prague Václav Havel) will remain state-owned after the government has rejected the single remaining offer for CSA by a consortium of Unimex Group and Travel Service Airlines (QS/Prague) and announced a further restructuring plan for CSA instead. The plan includes the sale of three B737-500s and two B737-400s and its duty free sales division. It has announced new routes for the summer season: Prague-Dubrovnik: 2x weekly seasonal B737-500 service starting on June 20 Prague-Manchester: 6x weekly B737-400/-500 service resuming on March 28 CSA will give up its Prague-Istanbul Ataturk route on January 31.
