American Airlines (AA, Dallas/Fort Worth) has ordered fifteen more E175s from Embraer for placement with its Envoy Air (MQ, Dallas/Fort Worth) subsidiary.
The jets will feature 76 seats with 12 in First Class and 64 in Main Cabin, including Main Cabin Extra seats. Deliveries will commence in 2020.
Altogether, this order brings American Airlines' E175 order book to 104 jets.
According to the ch-aviation fleets module, American Airlines currently has 149 E175s in service under the American Eagle brand. Aside from Envoy, other operators of the type include Compass Airlines (United States of America) and Republic Airlines.
