LATAM Airlines Group has announced it has completed the sale of its stake in Aerotransportes Mas de Carga, S.A. de C.V., trading as LATAM Cargo Mexico (México City International).

The South American carrier conglomerate said in an SEC filing on Friday, November 30 that it had now finalized the sale with a group led by existing shareholders of the Mexican cargo carrier. As such, effective December 1, Mas Air (México City International) has been fully independent from the LATAM Airlines Group.

Mas Air currently operates a single B767-300F on flights throughout Mexico as well as to countries across the Americas.
