Qantas (QF, Sydney Kingsford Smith) will launch the first scheduled route out of Bendigo, VI on April 1, 2019.
The Australian carrier will fly between Bendigo and Sydney Kingsford Smith 6x weekly. All flights will be operated by Eastern Australia Airlines (EAQ, Tamworth) under the Qantas Link brand with Dash 8-300 equipment.
After launching the flights, Bendigo will become Qantas' fifty-seventh domestic destination in Australia. The airport is located around 115 kilometres north of Melbourne Tullamarine, its nearest airport with scheduled services.
