Ryanair (FR, Dublin International) will open a new base at Toulouse Blagnac in October 2019, launching 11 new routes at the same time.

The Irish LCC said it will base two B737-800s out of the French city. The newly launched routes include services to:

According to the ch-aviation capacity module, Ryanair currently operates 50 weekly departures out of Toulouse to 10 destinations (including seasonal winter-only services to Madrid Barajas) and has an 8.5% market share by capacity. Low-cost competitors easyJet and Volotea already have bases in Toulouse.

Toulouse will be Ryanair's third French base after Marseilles and Bordeaux Mérignac, both due to open at the end of March 2019. The Irish LCC has not had any bases in France since 2011 due to a dispute over local labour laws and only vowed to restore them after a recent European Court of Justice ruling leaninig towards Ryanair's position.
