Air Serbia (JU, Belgrade) will wet-lease a single CRJ900ER from Estonia's Regional Jet (Tallinn Lennart Meri) for four months starting on June 1, 2019.

Regional Jet's parent Nordica said in a statement that it hoped there will be more cooperation with Air Serbia in the future.

The Serbian flag carrier has not yet filed the schedules for its planned CRJ operations.

The Bombardier Aerospace aircraft will be the only regional jet in Air Serbia's fleet. The carrier also operates three ATR72-200s, three -500s, eight A319-100s, two A320-200s, and a single A330-200. Its leisure-focused division Aviolet operates three B737-300s.

Regional Jet, a 51/49 joint venture between Estonian virtual flag carrier Nordica and LOT Polish Airlines, operates ten CRJ-900ERs, of which six operate for LOT, two for Nordica, and two for SAS Scandinavian Airlines. The airline also operates seven ATR72-600s and two CRJ700s.
