Aigle Azur (Paris Orly) has tentatively scheduled the resumption of its Paris Orly-Beijing Capital services for October 1, 2019, although bookings are not yet open, Airlineroute has reported.

The carrier currently plans to operate the route 3x weekly using A330-200 aircraft.

Aigle Azur, which is 48%-owned by HNA Group, suspended the route in March 2019 after six months of operation. Initially, it planned to resume flights after just six weeks but these plans were later dropped. The carrier cited the lack of appropriate slots at Beijing Capital among the reasons for the suspension.

The currently filed schedule indicates that flight times will remain the same as previously after the resumption in October, meaning that the carrier has yet to secure improved slots.

Aigle Azur operates two A330-200s. It currently deploys the aircraft from Orly to São Paulo Viracopos and Bamako.
