FlyBosnia (Sarajevo) will launch its first service to the European Union, to London Luton, on September 24, 2019, the carrier said in a press release.

Flights from Sarajevo will operate 3x weekly using the carrier's only aircraft type, an A319-100.

The launch will mark the resumption of air connectivity between Sarajevo and the United Kingdom after more than ten years. British Airways terminated the route to the Bosnian capital in the Winter 2008/09 season. Wizz Air subsequently connected Tuzla International with Luton for one year between 2016 and 2017.

FlyBosnia currently operates two A319-100s on scheduled routes to Bahrain International, Gassim, Jeddah International, Riyadh, and Kuwait. The carrier also deploys the Airbus aircraft on charter flights. It plans to add flights to Rome and Paris in the coming months.
