Aerolineas del Caribe Perú SAC d/b/a AerCaribe Perú (EF, Lima Int'l) has secured its Foreign Air Carrier Permit (FACP) for cargo charter flights from any point in the United States.

The US Department of Transportation (DOT) said in its order that the FACP became effective on November 25, 2019. The Peruvian carrier was authorised to engage in "charter foreign air transportation of property and mail between any point or points in the United States and any other point or points."

AerCaribe plans to start US operations by offering ad-hoc cargo charters using two B737-400(F) freighters wet-leased from its Colombian parent AerCaribe (JK, Bogotá).
