Swiss (LX, Zurich) has taken delivery of its first A320-200neo after HB-JDA (msn 9246) arrived at Zurich airport on February 20, 2020.

Swiss plans to take twenty-five A320neo Family aircraft by the end of 2024, including seventeen A320neo and eight A321-200neo. The aircraft will replace Swiss's existing narrowbody fleet of nineteen A320-200s, six A321-100s, and three -200s. The airline also operates two A319-100s, although these aircraft are being replaced with A220-100s and A220-300s.

Swiss will become the second Lufthansa Group unit to take an A320neo. Lufthansa (LH, Frankfurt International) already operates twenty-two A320neo and five A321neo, the ch-aviation fleets module shows.
