Following a swathe of requests from US carriers for exemptions from minimum service obligations imposed by the CARES Act, following a period of review, the US Department of Transportation (DOT) has issued the following decisions:

Under the CARES Act, airlines have to retain a minimum level of service to all points they served either during the week of February 29, 2020, or the week of August 4, 2019 (in case of seasonal services), to be eligible for federal support.
