Southwest Airlines (WN, Dallas Love Field) is planning to restart its international flights to destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean on July 1, 2020, although the date is still subject to the decisions of relevant authorities.

"Southwest continues to monitor conditions in 14 international destinations on the carrier's network map and update operational plans. The carrier currently plans to resume service to Mexico and the Caribbean via Cancún, San José Cabo, Havana International, Montego Bay, and Nassau International on July 1, 2020, subject to change. Service to the carrier's other international destinations will resume pending the easing of government restrictions," the low-cost carrier said.

The airline suspended all of its international services as of March 23, 2020. It operates Caribbean flights to San Juan Luis Muñoz Marin in Puerto Rico, a US territory.
