Tropic Air (9N, San Pedro, BZ) has announced that once it resumes scheduled flights on August 15, 2020, it would operate two separate networks with dedicated aircraft for domestic and international passengers to avoid mixing the two groups.

The airline plans to relaunch services from Belize City International to San Pedro, BZ, Caye Caulker, Dangriga, Placencia, Punta Gorda, and San Ignacio. These flights will only be available for passengers connecting at the gateway from or onto international flights.

In turn, the carrier's entirely separate network out of Belize City Municipal, covering Corozal, BZ, San Pedro, Caye Caulker, Dangriga, Placencia, and Punta Gorda will only be available to domestic passengers.

While the airline said that it would announce the details of its timetable in the coming weeks, it underlined that the schedule would be planned as to avoid operating domestic and international flights at the same time.

Tropic Air did not reveal any plans regarding the resumption of international flights to Cancún, Flores Mundo Maya International, and Roatán.
